Sarah, a native of Mount Pleasant, is a second generation real estate agent who loves welcoming newcomers to her hometown. After graduating from College of Charleston in 2005, Sarah moved to Atlanta to begin her career. Despite the challenge of a “negative real estate market,” she became a multimillion dollar producer within her first 18 months. In 2013, she moved back to Charleston to form a real estate team with her father, Timm Gipe. Sarah joined The Dede & B.V. Team in 2022 when Timm retired. She lives in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston with her husband Jeff and their two kids. She serves as President of East Cooper Top Producers Club, and she is an active member of Junior League of Charleston.
